George and Harold were best friends and they were both in the same forth-grade class. They created their own comics and one of their favourite character was the Amazing Captain Underpants.

Mr Krupp, the school Principal, hated their pranks and jokes. When George and Harold made their pranks in the school football game, Mr Krupp took the evidence with the video surveillance tape.

In order to escape from the punishment of Mr Krupp, they hyptnotize the Principal and he believed he was Captain Underpants! He dressed with only underwear in the street and met the real criminals! How could George and Harold save themselves from the mess?
