又一本Pride and Prejudice

I had read a different version of “Pride and prejudice” last Easter. This one is the version used by another Carmel School which located in Tai Po.

The Bennett family had five daughters. Mrs Bennett always hoped the Bennett girls could marry with rich men. When Mr Bingley and Mr Darcy moved to their town, love affairs started inevitably.

Elizabeth, the Bennett’s second daughter, thought that Mr Darcy was too proud. And in Mr Darcy’s opinion, Elizabeth always had prejudice on the others. How can it be possible that Mr Darcy and Elizabeth fall in love eventually? Then you must read “Pride and Prejudice”.

This version (The Commercial Press) is in the S.3 booklist of another Carmel School. But I enjoy the previous one more(Pearson English Readers). “Pride and prejudice” (F AUS) will be available in the library this week.
