Brave people

There are eight short stories in "Stories of courage".

An athlete refused to give up running after tragic accident and she even won a silver medal in 1996 Olypic Games...~"Running for her life" 

A housewife left her family and became a spy in the Second World War...~"The housewife spy"

Some of their brave stories were also adapted to movies, for example, "127 hours" and "Erin Brockovich".

Each story only contains 3 to 4 pages. You will see how they fight for their lives or for the others. Hope you can also have courage and strength when you face difficulties.

"Stories of courage"(F GRA) is also on the other Tuen Mun school booklist, either for the S.4 or S.6 students.
